Argentina and Spain have a long history of cultural, social and economic ties.
Recent years have again seen a growing trend of Argentines moving to Spain due to several factors, such as the language, its climate, the attractiveness of its culture and the Spanish lifestyle.
According to Spain’s National Statistics Institute (INE), the number of Argentines emigrating to Spain has reached the same levels as in 2001. In 2021 alone, 32,933 Argentines settled in that country, almost double the number recorded in 2020, the year of the pandemic.
Many Argentines have dual nationality, and this gives them certain advantages when moving to Spain, as they do not have to apply for a visa. This means that it is possible to find a job, rent an apartment and access public services, including health, education and social security, just like any other Spanish citizen.
Whatever the reason for the move, it is important to know that at #Edelweiss we provide comprehensive moving and relocation experiences, for the total comfort of our clients.
